who we are

kendall werts, principal & co-founder

kendall grew up in detroit--the jeffries is named after the housing project where he spent his childhood--and got his start in fashion working for patricia fields, dna models and wilhelmina models, before setting out on his own in 2017

patrick meijer, managing partner & co-founder

patrick grew up in europe, asia and the usa. he holds advanced degrees in economics, law and political science and worked in a variety of executive roles in international telecoms before shifting his focus to the jeffries full-time

jenelle phillip, director of brand partnerships

jenelle grew up in brooklyn, graduated from brown university and worked for goldman sachs before pivoting to fashion. she has worked for kcd, wilhelmina models and the marketing arm in paris before joining the jeffries

sahtia rivers, director of production

sahtia grew up in manhattan, graduated from sva and has worked in casting and production

olga tavarez, director of acquisition

olga was born and raised in manhattan, received her ba in film from sva and has worked in fashion and media for over 20 years.  her story includes being a talent manager at img, talent scout at wilhelmina, entertainment editor for v magazine, as well as producer and principal for a sony docuseries

avie acosta, manager of brand partnerships & talent development

avie grew up in oklahoma and got their start in fashion as a model with wilhelmina before pivoting to management and joining the jeffries

italo valerio, general counsel

italo grew up in lima, peru and moved to the usa after finishing law school. a member of the new york bar, italo worked for sullivan and cromwell llp before venturing out on his own to focus on complex immigration cases and joining the jeffries as in-house counsel

bradley voissem, executive assistant

bradley grew up in wisconsin and graduated from iowa state university before he moved to new york and started working at the jeffries
